A business traveller came in to see us after a flight on which a little red wine had ended up on his light trousers. Whether it was down to turbulence, clumsiness or pure bad luck, the story does not say.
What was beyond doubt, however, was that it came at a bad time. He had an important meeting later that day and was understandably feeling a little under pressure. Red wine stains on his trousers were not part of the plan.
We took the trousers in, and the result can be seen in the photos: the red wine stains are gone.
