Our production in Roskilde
Follow your clothes through our production in Roskilde. Here we show the work from drop-off and tagging to stain inspection, dry cleaning, pressing and the final check before collection.
The process depends on the garment, the material and the stains. Some garments may need several treatments.
1 · Drop-off
We welcome you and your clothes at the counter. We register the order and talk about any stains, wishes or other things we should be aware of.
2 · Tagging
Each garment is tagged with the order number, so we can keep track of what belongs to your order and follow it through the whole process.
3 · Stain inspection
At the spotting table we examine the clothes for stains and minor damage. Stains are pre-treated with suitable stain removers before the clothes move on.
4 · The dry cleaning machine
Once pre-treatment is finished, the clothes go on to the dry cleaning machine. A cycle normally takes between one hour and an hour and a half. Afterwards we assess the result.

5 · Finishing
After dry cleaning, the clothes go different ways. Trousers and jackets each get the treatment that suits their shape.
The trousers are put on the trouser topper, where steam helps smooth out the worst wrinkles and creases. We also check the clothes here. If the moisture makes a stain appear, the trousers may go back for stain treatment and another dry clean.
Then the trouser legs are pressed, one at a time. The trousers are hung up so we can check the creases and see whether the result is as it should be.
Jackets are put on the jacket finisher and steamed, so wrinkles are smoothed and the shape is restored. Then we check the result.
6 · Final check
We go over the clothes one last time before they are made ready for collection. When you come to collect, we fetch your order at the counter.
