What information do we process?

• Contact details you give us yourself: name, email, phone and, where relevant, address for collection and delivery.
• Information about the job: which textile it concerns, material, stains, desired treatment and any pictures you attach yourself.
• Information for business agreements: the company's name, address and contact person.
• Your cookie choice, which is stored locally in your browser.

Purpose and legal basis

We use the information to answer enquiries, give quotes, carry out and deliver the agreed job and for bookkeeping. The basis is typically the performance of our agreement with you, our legitimate interest in being able to answer an enquiry, and legal bookkeeping requirements. Statistics and external services are only processed on the basis of your consent, which you can withdraw.

Storage

Ordinary customer enquiries and quotes are kept for as long as there is a legitimate need for them. Accounting records are kept in accordance with the requirements of the Danish Bookkeeping Act. Documentation from complaint and dispute cases, including relevant emails and pictures, may be kept after the case is closed in order to document the process and handle any subsequent claims. No general deletion deadline has been set for this type of case.

Recipients and third parties

If you use the form on the site, your enquiry is sent directly from the website to us as an email, and you receive a receipt at your own email address. Sending takes place through the email service Resend, which processes the information on our behalf in order to send the emails. We only use the information you write in the form to handle your enquiry and send the receipt — not for marketing. If you choose to accept external services, the Google Maps map on the contact page is loaded from Google. Our chat feature runs locally in your browser and does not pass on your questions, and the fonts are loaded from our own domain. The search field, chat and forms are marked as masked, and free text is not included in any statistics.

We use e-conomic from Visma e-conomic A/S for bookkeeping. In this connection, Visma e-conomic A/S processes accounting information on our behalf as a data processor.

Your rights

You have the right to access the information we process about you and to have incorrect information corrected. You can also request erasure or restriction, object to the processing and, in certain cases, receive your information. If you withdraw consent, this applies from then on. You can complain to the Danish Data Protection Agency (Datatilsynet) if you are dissatisfied with our processing.
