Kim Menzer has worked in the dry cleaning trade since 1999. We use that experience to assess material, stains and construction and to choose the treatment that best suits the garment.

It is not always easy to tell dry cleaners apart from the outside. With us, most of the work takes place in our own production, so we can follow the clothes and check them along the way.

What we do ourselves, and what we do not
Most of the work takes place in our own production.
The main exceptions are washing and mangling of tablecloths and linen, and the treatment of certain rugs, where we use regular subcontractors.
Products and methods
The environment in our daily work
For washing and professional wet cleaning we use products from SEITZ, among others, including products with the EU Ecolabel. The EU Ecolabel is the EU's official ecolabel. You can compare it with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, the official Nordic ecolabel.
Membership and guarantee
DRF Guarantee
As a member of the Danish Dry Cleaning Association (Dansk Renseri Forening), we are covered by the DRF Guarantee. The scheme gives private customers extra security if a dispute arises about dry cleaning, washing or other treatment.
- Professional complaint handling through the DRF Complaints Board
- Guarantee cover of up to 15.000 kr. incl. VAT per case, when the conditions are met
- Members are obliged to comply with rulings and decisions of the complaints boards
The DRF Guarantee applies in accordance with the terms in force at any given time.
Express
On selected treatments we offer express from morning to evening – including dry cleaning and pressing of suits, shirts, and washing and drying of duvets and pillows. Contact us first if it is urgent.
