Assessment before treatment
We check the fabric, lining, shoulders, buttons and lapels as well as the care label before choosing the treatment. Stains are marked so they are treated separately.

Suits
A suit needs to be treated so that the jacket and trousers retain a consistent appearance, colour and shape. At Menzer & Enevoldsen, we always assess garments professionally before dry cleaning and pressing them in-house in Roskilde.
We dry clean suits, blazers and trousers, tailoring the treatment to the material, construction and care label.
See the current price for suit dry cleaning and pressing in our price list.
For selected items, we can offer express dry cleaning from morning to evening by arrangement. Please contact us first so we can assess the job.
Many people have their suit dry cleaned before or after a wedding, confirmation, party, work or another special occasion. If the jacket and trousers have been worn together, we generally recommend having both pieces treated together.
Treatment
Please tell us if there are stains, loose seams or missing buttons.
We check the fabric, lining, shoulders, buttons and lapels as well as the care label before choosing the treatment. Stains are marked so they are treated separately.
Ideally have the jacket and trousers treated at the same time. If only one part is treated repeatedly, differences in colour and sheen can appear.
After dry cleaning, the suit is pressed by hand and on a form so that lapels, sleeves, shoulders and creases sit as they should. Finally, the suit is checked before it is packed.

Creases
Trousers are pressed on a trouser press, and you choose how the crease should lie.

The crease is pressed down the full length of the leg, both front and back. It is the classic look most people know from suit trousers.
The leg is pressed without a marked crease down the front, giving the trousers a softer, more rounded drape.
Just tell us which crease you want when you drop them off. If you are unsure, we will look at the trousers with you.
