History
From Herlev to Roskilde
Taken over in 2003
Menzer & Enevoldsen took over the dry cleaner's in 2003. Before that, the business was run in Herlev with wholesale production and shops in Farum, on Kongens Nytorv, in Hillerød and in Holte, among others.
More than 25 years of experience
We have worked in the dry cleaning trade since 1999.

Today the dry cleaner's is carried on by the Menzer family. The name is still Menzer & Enevoldsen.

Experience in day-to-day work
Kim Menzer has worked in the trade since 1999. He has seen cleaning methods, machines and environmental requirements change.
We look at the garment, the material, the care label, any stains and the result you want. Sometimes the right solution is dry cleaning. Other times it is professional wet cleaning, washing or a gentler treatment.
For us, experience is not only about knowing what can be done. It is also about knowing when to leave well alone.

We have dry cleaning, washing, professional wet cleaning, ironing and pressing in-house.

Our customers
We handle jobs for private customers, businesses and public-sector customers — from a single coat to regular agreements on workwear, lab coats and curtains.
There is easy parking right by the shop, so you can quickly drop off your clothes on your way to or from work.
How we treat your clothes
From drop-off to finished order
The sequence is the same, but the treatment is chosen for each individual textile.
1. Drop-off and assessment
We look at the textile, the material, the care label and any stains, so that we choose the right treatment.
2. Dry cleaning, washing or wet cleaning
Dry cleaning, washing or professional wet cleaning — depending on what the textile can withstand.
3. Trousers on the trouser press
The trousers go on the trouser press so the crease and legs sit as they should.
4. Jackets on the form finisher
The jackets go on the form finisher. Afterwards, lapels, back panels and details are pressed on a press or ironing table.
5. Shirts in several steps
Cuffs and collars are treated first, then the shirt is ironed on the shirt unit, and the final details are done by hand.
6. Inspection and completion
We assemble the order, check it during packing and prepare it for collection.

The staff have experience from the trade.
- They are trained for their tasks and take part in relevant courses.
- We keep up with new methods and machines.
Environment and responsibility
The environment in day-to-day operations
For washing and professional wet cleaning we use products from SEITZ, among others, including products with the EU Ecolabel. The EU Ecolabel is the EU's official environmental label. You can compare it with the Nordic Swan Ecolabel, which is the official Nordic environmental label. You can read more about our environmental work on the environment page.
We are a member of the Danish Dry Cleaners Association (Dansk Renseri Forening), which works with professional training of staff and environmentally conscious cleaning.
DRF Guarantee
As a member of the Danish Dry Cleaners Association we are covered by the DRF Guarantee for relevant work carried out by us as a member. The guarantee gives you as a private customer extra reassurance in cases where a complaint is decided against a DRF member and the decision cannot be complied with.
