This christening gown had clearly yellowed and become discoloured over the years. Age had left its mark especially around the yoke.
We treated it carefully, focusing on improving the overall impression without being unnecessarily harsh on the old fabric.
The result is not a new gown, but a much fresher and cleaner christening gown where the details stand out clearly again.
