A football match, Roskilde Festival or a spot of gardening? The story does not say how these white jeans had got so dirty. But soil and grass had left clear marks, and an ordinary wash was not enough.
Here we had to bring out our best tricks and more effective agents. After treatment, the jeans looked evenly white again.
That does not mean stronger treatment is always the answer. The fabric has to be able to withstand it, and wear or areas that have lost their colour cannot be washed away.
